If you have a guitar and a smart phone then we’re good to go. The more advanced the device that is used, such as a tablet or laptop, will certainly enhance the lesson experience but with such huge advances in technology over the last few years relating to video calls, superb results can be achieved by any smart device that you use on a day-to-day basis.
Keeping it simple.
I use Zoom for lesson delivery and Whatsapp for the supplying of resource materials such as PDFs, audio files, videos and practice lists.
Each lesson will be accompanied by some short videos of me playing the song, scale or exercise we are studying at the time (like the example above), and they are an integral part of our learning process. The videos are delivered directly to you -no links or passwords required .
Not only does Whatsapp allow for instant exchanging and accessibility of our resources, but your lesson history will also be recorded as a lovely clear feed for you to refer back to whenever you please – and of course take great pride in seeing your undeniable progress!
